This is my second time using this same auto body shop, and once again, I am extremely satisfied with their service! They did an amazing job on my car, and it came out looking brand new. Their work is high quality, they pay attention to detail, and they truly take pride in what they do. The fact that I came back a second time says a lot about how happy I am with their service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent work and great service!

My Lexus was repaired after being stolen and it was just a few months old. Excellent work, great communication, friendly and skilled staff and an attractive, clean spacious waiting area (and bathroom!) - all while also being a certified Lexus repair shop. Car looks like new again. Would definitely recommend Fix Auto Chicago to friends and family. Great experience and SO very grateful for the expert work they did.

I had an excellent experience with this auto shop from start to finish. After my car was damaged in an accident, I was honestly expecting a stressful and drawn-out process—but that’s not what happened here at all. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, the staff made everything feel manageable and transparent. They consistently kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair process, taking the time to call with updates and explain what was being done. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind while my car was in their care. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely amazed. It looked as if it had never even been in a crash—the repairs were flawless, and the attention to detail really showed. On top of that, they went the extra mile by cleaning the interior, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel even more complete. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

I highly recommend Fix Auto for any collision repairs. They did an excellent job fixing the damage to my back bumper and muffler, and my car looks great again. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. They also helped handle communication with the insurance company, which made everything much less stressful. I really appreciated their support and the quality of their work. Thank you Hernan!

Our car was hit by a U-Haul van while parked on the street in our neighborhood. Our left front end was damaged. When looking at repair shops in and out of the insurance company’s network I found that Fix Auto Chicago had a high rating compared to other options around. The reviews and high ratings are what made me choose Fix Auto Chicago. Hernan and Denise were both super helpful and friendly over the phone and in person! They made what was a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Hernan was helpful in getting me scheduled while Denise was out. Denise followed up when she returned and made sure I had been taken care of. Denise was helpful in getting the rental service to come pick me up after I had dropped off the car for repairs. Hernan was very attentive to details on the car from beginning to end. He walked me around to explain the damage and state of the car before repairs and walked me through the repairs after the work had been completed! Hernan accommodated my request to call me and discuss parts options once they were ready to be ordered. The team discussed out pocket costs for things that might not be covered by insurance if I opted for OEM parts so I could make
